Dometic products are covered by a 2 year guarantee. If a product is faulty you will need to contact Dometic on 0844 626 0133 who will arrange the repair of the product. In the unlikely event that a product is not repairable and an exchange is necessary, Dometic will arrange this through one of their service agents. This warranty does NOT cover for wear and tear, incorrect installation or user error.
All online payments are made through RBS Worldpay using a secure encrypted method.

Damaged Goods or missing parts
If goods are received damaged or missing parts, then contact O'Briens Camping within 48hrs of receipt. Arrangements will be made to collect the damaged item, which must be kept in ORIGINAL PACKAGING. A replacement will be dispatched after receipt of damaged goods, provided it is in stock.
Orders cancelled before Goods are dispatched, we will refund all money paid by you for the goods, however an administrative charge of £20 plus any transaction charges incurred from payment with a credit/debit card will be deducted.
We will refund all money paid by you for the goods (excluding delivery costs), however a charge of £50.00 plus any transaction charges incurred from payment with a credit card will be deducted to cover administration charges.
If you wish to exercise your 'right to cancel ' you must inform O'Briens Camping in writing of your intention to make a return within 7 days of receipt. We will not accept any returns after 14 days.
